Hi there, I'm Antonia!

A writer with a love for all things creative and unique

About Me

(Reporting on the local elections in May 2026)

I’m an NCTJ-trained multimedia journalist based in London, specialising in art and culture writing. I studied at News Associates on the part-time course, achieving a Gold Standard (equivalent to a first) in my diploma.

Music journalism is my niche, driven by my admiration for creative expression and the way music allows me to connect with people from all walks of life.

I have a strong understanding of media law and ethics, including the Editors’ Code of Practice (IPSO) and Ofcom Broadcasting Code, alongside experience in public affairs, social media, video editing and SEO.

I'm a freelance assistant producer at LBC, contributing to the live radio show, alongside being a digital news writer for LBC's editorial output, covering everything from breaking news and current affairs to softer stories.

I also regularly report for my local newspaper, the Waltham Forest Echo.

With an NUJ press card, I’m able to secure media access and accreditation, opening up opportunities to report from events and get closer to the stories I cover.

"Antonia demonstrated initiative in getting in touch with the Radio X digital department, showing a genuine interest in the subject and asking thoughtful, relevant questions. She has produced strong news and feature material for the Radio X website, and has clearly demonstrated the motivation and potential to become an accomplished journalist."

Martin O'Gorman, Digital Managing Editor, Radio X

"Antonia was a great help during her work experience with us; she was diligent and hard-working, and I was always impressed by her proactive attitude to finding and gathering stories. She was a great asset to the team and contributed a wide variety of news, features, and profile pieces."

Marco, Editor, Waltham Forest Echo
